What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender make-up of the population)?

I think in general that womens voices should be heard, but by that I mean biological women as they are the only ones that can talk from a womans perspective regarding issues & challenges faced by women. I think that the right for womens voices to be heard is the correct approach. However I am unclear as to how the Welsh Government define "women" . A gender statement does not make a man a woman nor am I sure that this is something the senedd can define as Self ID is not UK law nor is it a devolved issue. Also the Llwdydd indicated its not within the legislative competence of the Senedd. Im not sure the legislation is even necessary due to the current split of representatives ( by biological sex)

What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?

A statement does not turn a man into a woman. They will not be able to speak of the challenges women face from birth. The discrimination, the fear for personal safety, gynaecological issues, child birth issues, womens cancers ( cervical, ovarian etc). To allow a man claiming he is a woman to take a womans place is to deminish & erase womens voices.  I think it is important that womens voices are heard & women are represented by women in proportion with the population. If trans people want a voice, let them do that in proportion of trans people in Wales, but not to take a place of those speaking from the same biological sex they have had from conception.

Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?

When women say NO to being represented by men with identity issues, this should be respected, not shouted down by name calling & threats. Men are men. Women are women & trans are trans & no-one should be allowed to take anothers place, voice or rights

Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the Bill?

Yes , Huge & very destructive ones for women. If men can self identify as women, then take a womans place - then womens voices are completely erased. The senedd will be filled by men & men with identity issues. Wales will not be a safe or fair place for women

What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?

As the senedd do not have  legislative competance , self ID is not UK law, equalities legislation is not devolved, then it is probable this will end up in Supreme court. This will be a massive finacial cost to Wales that we cannot afford for something that is not necessary

What are your views on the balance between the information contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate legislation appropriate?

Do you have any views on matters relating to the legislative competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European Convention on Human Rights?

Women have sex based Human Rights to same sex care, privacy, dignity etc. To allow self ID in through the back dooris to erode womens rights & womens voices. Self ID is not UK law. Equalities legislation is not devolved. The Llywydd said the bill does not have legislative competence. This will make Wales a laughing stock

Do you have any views on matters related to the quality of the legislation, or to the constitutional or other implications of the Bill?

This is so detrimental to womens voices , it goes against UK law. It should progress no further

Are there any other issues that you would like to raise about the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum or any related matters?

Anything else?
